After spending years running and growing a successful cleaning company, we realised there wasn’t a system that truly understood how service businesses operate. We tried countless software platforms, but they were either too complicated, missing key features, or clearly built by people who had never managed a team of cleaners, tradespeople or field staff.
Instead of settling, we decided to build something better.
To bring our vision to life, we partnered with the talented team at Dope Studio, combining years of hands-on experience running a service business with their expertise in software development and design.
Together, we created Niftie – a platform designed by people who understand the day-to-day challenges of running a service business, and built by developers who know how to turn those ideas into powerful, easy-to-use technology.
Every feature inside Niftie has been shaped by real-world experience. From scheduling and staff management to client communication and automation, the platform has been built to solve the problems we faced ourselves.
What started as an internal system quickly became something much bigger. Other business owners began asking if they could use it too, and that’s when Niftie was created.
